“The entire staff has been taking care of our family and 2 Mercedes for years. One is an old 2009 Mercedes 550, and she is running with many more years. We trust their integrity, sincere customer care and honesty. We will always remain their loyal customers. We would not have it any other way! The Wilson’s”

“I'm new to the area and I was nervous about finding service for our Audi from a shop that wouldn't judge me as just another sucker from Ohio coming through the door. I even made sure I had SC plates. WOW what a surprise. Where has Hudson Auto been my whole life ?? If they had a location in the snow Belt I might still be living there. Ironically I was referred by another local shop that only works on American cars. Even their Peers refer to them ! How impressive is that? I was Totally blown away by the service and their honesty and integrity. It's my wife's car and I woul have sworn it needed new brakes. Not the case... turns out the brakes had lots of miles left my wife just needs more drivers ed on when to brake ! I'll be back again and again.”

“Really positive experience with Pit Stop. Visiting from California and my elderly in-laws "check engine light" came on when we were driving their car. We had it checked out at the local auto part store and they felt it was the alternator causing the problem. We asked if they could refer us to a mechanic or auto repair shop and they highly recommended Pit Stop. I checked Yelp and Google reviews and saw they had a lot of fans and 5 star reviews. I called the following morning and was pleasantly surprised with their friendliness and he told me to bring the vehicle down. Leon Holmes, the Manager, was working the counter and was a pleasure to work with and felt comfortable we were in good hands and with a trustworthy company. I left the car and received a call about an hour later and they told me the alternator was fine and were able to re-set the computer. They took really great care of us and really appreciate their honesty and quick service. We can highly recommend Pit Stop for repairs.”

“Had them install a fuel pump on an older 4Runner to fix an issue with my gas gauge. Quoted me below market pricing for the fix. BUT the issue was not resolved with a new fuel pump. Instead of paying for the fuel pump and providing pricing for the further work needed, they charged me ZERO DOLLARS. 4 hours of labor and a $400 fuel pump.. for free. My jaw was on the floor. Way more than fair. Insane show of good faith and customer care. Just because he thought the issue would be fixed with the pump (I did too). They have installed new suspension parts for me before. Wouldn’t let anybody else in town work on my truck. Can’t say enough good things about Automotive Excellence.”

“I took my Volkswagen here for service on 11/12, and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my service advisor, Connor Creighton, provided me with an honest and transparent report/assessment of my vehicle. They also provided a great clean of the wheels, exterior, and interior of my vehicle. The team was efficient and straightforward with my service, and I will be returning to Lowcountry VW for all my maintenance and service needs.”

“I can’t say enough good things about McIntosh. The night before we were to return home from vacation, a 600 mile trip, we had a problem with our car. We didn’t know where to turn. We found McIntosh on line & they saved the day. They were able to fix the problem right away. It would have been very unsafe to drive as it was. Everybody we came in contact with was so helpful. I thank them a million times.”

“I am selling 1994 Land Rover Defender that was repaired here in 2017. I called hoping to get someone that could possibly find an old repair order for an odometer replacement. I spoke to Brad who was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. When someone takes the time to help you even though you're not a customer and not paying them that says a lot about their character. I wish I lived in the area, they would absolutely be getting my business.”

“If you’re looking for an auto shop in Mt. Pleasant then this is your place! My husband and I are from out of town visiting and the thermostat on our vehicle went out. The shop had it fixed within a few hours. The Uber driver who drove me back to my hotel said this is the shop he takes his car to and it’s the best auto shop in Mt. Pleasant and he’s lived in Mt. Pleasant thirty-one years. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I ran over something on the highway, immediately my tire went flat. My 13 year old daughter was in the car. Luckily, there was a mall nearby so we pulled in and searched for roadside help. My call was immediately answered by Irvine's Auto Repair and towing and someone was on the way (during drive time) to help us out. When he arrived he quickly, knowledgeably and politely changed my tire to the spare and got us back on the road. I was able to pay with a credit card. It was so easy and we are very grateful for the professionalism and kindness in our time of need. Very highly recommended.”

“If you're looking to purchase a car from an official Mercedes-Benz Representative Center, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant. I’m very happy with my car, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Jay was a wonderful salesman, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to support me even after the purchase, helping to quickly sort out a few issues I had with the car. He was patient, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. The service team has also been excellent, friendly and efficient every step of the way. Big thanks to everyone at the dealership!”

“Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! From the moment 1 made the call to the moment I walked out of the store, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I called needing a part, and the phone interaction took less than 2 minutes-super efficient. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Blaiz, who took great care of me with professionalism and a smile. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, completely satisfied. Great prices, great people, great parts-can't ask for more!”

“I went in for a bent tire rod, well learned my tires were all bald. I’m a girl so i honestly don’t know much about cars and thankfully I was able to get my tires and everything up and running on my car again. Price was reasonable but the staff is so friendly and so nice. They were super comforting when I was having a mini meltdown about my car troubles they eased my worries and got me my car back in under a week. After ordering parts and all. Definitely recommend”
