People are nice. Patrons come in unprepared, ask weird questions, request odd things and get angry over issues that are not the clerk's problem. I also see the clerk's go out of their way to be kind.

DJ saved the day, literally! We arrived without knowing an appointment was needed for passport application. I looked online and the next available appointment was 2 weeks out! Feeling quite hopeless he said would work us in! It was like a holiday miracle. He made my month and the entire experience. Plus restored my faith...

It’s a Post Office, never thrilling to go to one but DJ made it a lot easier for us. We had some issues getting a passport, but he made the process super smooth and did it all with a smile!
