Useless operation you have going on with this location. I just got told my box shows hazardous material because it has a diamond shape for a hat company so she can’t ship it even though the old shipping label was shipped by USPS in the same exact box.
Also, since when do you guys not create shipping labels? I get USPS is losing money so it’s hard to get good help but Oh man!! You guys have gotten pitiful as customer service goes.

We had a great experience with Jeanne for our passport appointment. My son was being very difficult with the photo, and she was patient and understanding and made the experience very easy. Yes this location gets backed up during normal busy hours, however they are friendly and courteous and I’ve never had a bad experience in 10+ years using this location. Thanks again for your patience, Jeanne!

This has to be the laziest usps I’ve ever seen I’ve had packes sitting in Charleston for a week because the people that work here are the laziest people ever you’ll get better service at a Mc Donald’s the here

They messed up my order and when I tried to go get my package they made me wait in a very long line and one of the female workers was just sitting there while there was a very long line.when I tried to get my package she was very rude to me and said “you can’t have your package” very rude

Absolute joke. They tried to deliver a package and apparently didn't understand that the mailroom at my apartment is where the mail should be delivered. I know, crazy right? So now I've been trying to call these people for an hour and not a single person answers. Does anyone even work here? I will do everything in my power to not have a single package be delivered by USPS. Complete waste of time.

The staff is quite pleasant and very helpful. The issue is management. 9:20 and 4:15 pm one person working the counter and 20 people on line more than a few times. So unfair to the staff and customers. How hard is it to figure this out?

Lady was incredibly rude. Arrived right on the dot of closing (4:59 pm exactly) and I could not fit my pre labeled package in the self service deposit box and I kindly asked if she could take it and she would not simply take it and bring my package to the back. She said “too bad we are closed come back tomorrow”. These are moments when a little bit of kindness go a long way, but even that was too much for this lady.

Waited several weeks after printing my return label so I could go into the post office during business hours to drop it off so that I could use some clear tape to attach my label, since at home I only have pink duct tape. They said “sure, we can sell you a few strips.” I thought that was a joke. I have used the clear tape wheels that they have lying around the office before. I ask about these and they say it’s only for priority mail. They then try to sell me a small roll of clear tape for $3.99. I am shocked and appalled. I didn’t bring my phone or wallet because I thought I could just drop off this package. I also wouldn’t pay money for a whole roll of tape that I’ll never use again. Absolutely horrible experience.

I thought they were all very nice and helpful!! Maybe they are a little over worked and short staffed but that isn’t any of the employees faults. I went in for my first time passport and the process would have been very smooth if it wasn’t for myself being a little unorganized. If you want the process to be as smooth and quick as possible- bring a photo copy of your birth certificate and license front and back, head shot (all can be done at cvs or Walgreens), application and cashiers check or money order for the exact amount of what you are getting (call ahead). The $35 service fee is separate and they take cash or card. (:
