Wells Fargo is reckless with other people’s money allowing whatever charges to pass through whether you tell them to or not. You can have your card turned off and still open the app to see another charge. The company has no respect or accountability.

They refuse to perform basic services that other Wells Fargo branches provide. Unless you need dummy items performed by an ATM machine, save your time by going to a real Wells Fargo branch (such as the one on Orleans Road in West Ashley) instead of dealing with this one.

Worst service at this branch if you don’t wanna waste your time go to another branch. They should close this one. Shannon was very rude and don’t help at all. Chen I checked in I was told Shannon was available but a soon as she saw me, I leave the branch with out any help and bad experience.
