I stopped in right as they opened. No appointment and they see me right away. Larry and his crew saved me from ending up on the side of the road with a screw in my tire. The staff was truly pleasant and a great experience. We had a lot of work done on my son's car. The manager Larry was very considerate and helped us out a lot.

Firestone helped me get 2 tires that I needed desperately! They took the time to explain what the problem was.....one tire kept leaking and I needed a new one. So I opted to replace both tires to be equal! Great customer service! Will always use them as my auto shop!
