“I drove here from Charlotte, and while I was visiting the Myrtle Beach area, my brake line suddenly failed. I was stranded and couldn't make the drive back home. After getting quotes from other shops, I honestly thought I might have to give up on the car because the repair estimates were unbelievably high. As a student, I was extremely worried about how I was going to get home.
I didn't know anyone in the area, so I searched Google and found Car Doc because of their excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did.
Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. Even though they were busy and originally told me the repair would have to wait until Thursday, they listened to my situation and worked hard to finish everything by Wednesday evening so I could pick up my car Thursday morning and safely drive back to Charlotte.
The repair was done professionally, and after hearing about my situation as a student, they even gave me an additional discount on an already fair price. That kindness meant more to me than they probably realize.

“We discovered a significant amount of water in my daughter’s car when here from out of town. Every place I called assured me it would be the sunroof. We had the sunroof checked and the water came back the next time we got in the car. Coastal Car Fix got me in the same day to check it for me, quickly found it was simply a dislodged a/c tube, and fixed the issue for me. They were amazing to deal with, charged me minimally for the work. I highly recommend them for all of your needs.”

“I’m new to the area and needed some work done on my car, so I’m really glad I was pointed to Gordon’s. I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about cars and that always makes me a little nervous about being overcharged or talked into things I don’t need. That was not the case here at all.
They got back to me quickly, had Saturday availability, and I had my car back the same day. The price was fair and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. I felt comfortable the whole time, which says a lot.
