I have high-speed internet with them. It is cheaper than other local internet services. If there is ever a problem, it's handled quickly. The support staff is fast and professional. I highly recommend getting your internet service through HTC.

I was charged $718.57 for a bill that wasn't even mine. All because I gave them permission to talk to my assistant. Very bad

The service is alright but not great. On many of the channels offered the picture quality is poor. They freeze regularly and you have to turn the tv off and on to get them to come back. Their prices were better than The Other cable company available in our area but they just raised our rates by 30%. That kind of rate hike in these times is unconscionable! The only reason I’m staying with them is that they will actually come to your home to service and install the equipment.

They take advantage of the elderly. My grandmother was moved to a memory care unit so I canceled her home services. I brought back the only box that said HTC and was told the account was closed, but later got a $300 bill for two other boxes. I looked at every piece of equipment she had and brought back the only thing with an HTC sticker. Why she had two cable boxes with one television is unknown to me. I’m guessing they signed her up for the most expensive services and extras since she is in her 90s and would agree to whatever they told her she needed. Would NEVER sign up with this company. Only gave two stars because someone in leadership promptly returned my call to discuss her account. When you’re paying 6K a month for memory care you can’t afford a shady company like this who will always find something else to charge you for.

We came into HTC this week to sign up for the Max since our DVR box was breaking down. The Max was easy to install using the free Fire Sticks provided for each TV. Picture really clear and only have one remote and loads of free content. Brandy our rep was really informative and walked thru the Max in the office on a TV screen. Thanks for the help!

Bought a new phone on Wednesday it would not work on Friday Saturday or Sunday and my dad is 85 years old !He had to go without a phone all weekend. I’ve never heard of a phone company that did not service their phones 24-7. We could not even call and get a service over the phone to help us figure out what was wrong with the phone!!! We will be changing Monday morning!

Cable and WiFi are ok. Sometimes cable channels go out for a few minutes and WiFi just drops unexpectedly.

Wow! If you need to waste a half hour of your day this place can do it plus you get NOTHING accomplished. Sales lady waited until the end to say 2 weeks before they can install or start service. This is 2021 it should be plug in and activate unit/service.Spectrum beat your timing, service and rates.
