I wish I could play my video games without lagging horrifically, but nope. The amount we pay for internet to get this is kind of sad.

I have high-speed internet with them. It is cheaper than other local internet services. If there is ever a problem, it's handled quickly. The support staff is fast and professional. I highly recommend getting your internet service through HTC.
