BRING BACK BB&TThey don’t answer phonesThe girls in the window arnt niceThe lines inside are too longThe ATM repeatedly eats my car.This bank has gone so down hill if I ever have to go back it’ll be to close out my account, but I can only imagine the hassle THAT would be compaired to how complicated and stressful they make things now.ZERO sense of community.

Worst branch and worst bank in myrtle beach. No one answers the phone. 45 minutes in the drive-thru. If you go inside the bank same thing. REALLY BAD!!!

Update: tried this ATM again today and it's completely dysfunctional-won't even accept a debit card in the slot. I can't believe how bad this bank is.I thought my local branch was bad, but then I stopped by here today and, surprise surprise, the ATM is "temporarily out of service." I'm so fed up with Truist. Simply put-they suck. And I don't mean the tellers-I mean this company and their banking systems. Unreliable. Choose another bank. I've had problems with their ATMs & entire banking system at multiple branches being down repeatedly, ever since they took over BB&T. Sadly, I'm going to have to open an account at another bank just to have access to a consistently working ATM.

This particular bank is the best one out of all of the truist banks in town. The staff is so awesome. I come just about once a week and they are so friendly and you can tell they work really hard. Don’t listen to the reviews before this, it’s just grouchy people that decide to go the bank last minute. Anyways, the 2 blonde women that work the drive thru are such bright people! Love them! Also the staff inside are sweet as well. I drive all the way across town just to come to this one, because the other truist banks are horrible and have such rude staff.

This bank is terrible. No matter what time you come the wait is 30 plus minutes. Sometimes 45 min or more. The workers are busy chatting and doing duties that can be done when customers are not waiting.The staff has no respect for the customer's time.

It’s the worst branch I’ve ever done buisness with in my life!! They seldom if ever answer the phone and don’t return calls anyway!! I’ve made phone appts and they were hours late. The tellers have no idea what they’re doing and quite honestly the Branch Manager could care less what’s going on in the bank and she could definitely get the academy award for rudeness ! I know it’s time to make complaints to the higher power whoever that may be. The only person that even does a job like he cares is the young guy.

Worst ATM in the town. I deposit my money several times in this ATM. I had 2 times error before and now from the ATM here took my money and didn't give me back when my transaction failed, no receipt saying how much money I deposited, I was too subjective for not counting the money before putting it in the ATM. Will never deposit money at this ATM again.

Went to your bank on hwy 707. Socastee Blvd today at 2:30pm.There were 13 people waiting in line and only one teller to take care of them. I left and will never go back.Ever since you bought out BB&T your service really SUCKS.Roy T Hobby

So understaffed ....i sat in there an hour check your cameras and couldnt get help. I even made a comment about being short handed and they said this is how they are always staffed On Tuesdays sounds like a management problem. Poorly run branch. Another women walked out who waited longer before us said she could get any assistance.

Branch Manager K is the worst! There is no one past her to talk to and she does NOT help or care if your account is messed up! Worst experience ever since the switch to Truist! I have had BB&T since high school. I never had a problem until the switch. My bank account settings were changed by Truist without them acknowledging me about it. I have tried to make changes through them about my account but the same issue is now occurring. Truist is not reliable like when it was BB&T. Not sure if I want to keep banking with them.
