“I was I town for a short while and an animal ran in front of my car last evening and did some damage to the front right bumper and my parking g assist malfunctioned. The bumper was a little loose and I just wanted to be certain the car was safe to drive back to my home state. Marty went out of his way to accommodate me and said all was fine for safety and tightened up the bumper so it was totally stable. He also gave me an estimate of what the car should cost. “I miss judged the distance between my 2013 Lexus sedan and the bumper of my truck in my garage. This resulted in a rather unsightly and long indentation and scratch along the side of my car from the rear quarter panel to the front passenger door. We received a recommendation to take it to Modern Rust and see what they could do. Bruno assessed the damage to the passenger side, as well as a ding on the left side and other scratches on the rear. He came up with an estimate which was half of what we had gotten from a dealership body shop. So later, we brought our car in to have the work done, and it was done in the time promised and was as perfect as the eye could detect. In addition, he had his folks detail the car so that when we drove it home, it looked as new as the day we purchased it in 2014.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you do end up going here ask for Brandon he is amazing. He keeps you in the loop the entire process and makes you feel special during the process. When I say this guy is a 10/10 at his job I mean it. He doesn’t waste any time and gets straight to the point. The price he gives you is always very close to the actual price it ends up being which is difficult because you cannot see the damage done under where you got hit sometimes. However, he’s been doing it a while I’m assuming because the price he gave me was almost exactly the price that it ended up costing. Thank you!!!”
“What a great family owned business. I came in to get an estimate on some paint restoration and scratch repair on my wife’s vehicle They suggested I go to a auto detail shop since it would be cheaper and recommended Frank’s auto detailing who did a wonderful job restoring the vehicle to just about a showroom finish given the fact that it’s almost 11 year-old car. I really appreciate the honesty of these people and I came back with my pick up truck because my tailgate was misaligned and not closing properly. A wonderful young man by the name of Brandon realigned the tailgate and when I asked how much he said no charge wouldn’t even take lunch or beer money. Having own a construction company for 40 years I really appreciate a family owned business with integrity and honesty as well as great customer service.”
“An inconsiderate driver damaged the rear bumper paint of my Kia Stinger. Made an appointment to bring it in on Wednesday and told it would be done by Friday. Due to scheduling, I dropped it off Tuesday early afternoon. Shortly after 8 am on Thursday morning I’m told my car is ready. What a fantastic job. Looks like it came from the factory. “My car broke down and I pulled into their lot. Well they were closed and staff was leaving for the weekend. As it was Friday evening and Belinda and Garrett stayed with me and helped me with my car. If I was to break down which I don't do on a regular basis I'm thankful it was there! I know I spelled their names wrong sorry y'all but know you're appreciated! I will be back!”

We could travel safely on the highways to SC with no issues because of the professionalism and concern. Outstanding shop. Safelite Myrtle Beach sent Jamie to our house and he replaced the rear lift gate glass. He also did a spectacular job. Safe lite is the best. This company rocks!”

“I want to thank the staff at Truetts for helping me today! I accidentally hit a small tree stake in a parking lot and partially pulled the mud guard off the front of my Ram truck. I stopped by to see if they could reattach it for me. One of their technicians took it back immediately and was able to fix it within 15 minutes and refused to charge me for the repair. I really, really appreciated their service and assistance!”

“Well let me give these guys a 10 for excellent work well done . I have a 2018 Lincoln MLX with a third brake light that needed replaced and the dealership wanted to charge 7x the price East Coast Collision charged me for parts and labor. I purchased my car from East Coast Volkswagen used so I thought I would ask them for an estimate too , but they didn’t want to even try it because it was too difficult. This is when I took it to EC Collision and he told me I could order the part myself to save money so I did . These guys will always have me and my husband business. They are very friendly, positive and good honest people.”
