“I took my daughter’s 2021 Kia Forte to Horry County Collision on Monday, September 15, 2025, to get a repair quote and spoke with Bob. He was very thorough and professional. We were quoted $2,390.38, with a possible radiator replacement for an additional $351, bringing the total estimated cost to $2,741.38.
Horry County Collision was the third shop we received an estimate from, and their quote was the most reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, September 29, 2025. We dropped the vehicle off the evening before and left the keys in the drop box. Bob called on Monday to confirm that the radiator did, in fact, need to be replaced.
On Monday, October 6, 2025, we received a call that the vehicle was ready. The final cost came to $2,743.86 right in line with the estimate.

“We got a flat tire a half mile from this shop and I cannot express enough gratitude for how quickly and well they treated us. They quickly got a replacement tire and put it on all within the hour. I always feel a bit over my head when it comes to anything car related, but cars n more seemed completely trustworthy and reasonable. I had all four of our young children with me and they were patient with them while the kids ran around the lobby. They even gave the kids a popsicle at the end which was an incredibly kind gesture. “They did an awesome job. The dent was repaired well. They had to blend the paint over 2 panels and it looks really good. The cost for the repair was reasonable. They were able to get to my car quickly and the repair was done fast. I hope I don't need more work done . . . but if I do, I will be coming here for sure!”
