Process was simple . The only thing I didn't like was this location didn't ask you if you had a car preference based on what was available. I'm just used to being able to pick from what is available from the class of car I rent.

Horrible ordeal, budget was way understaffed took over 3 hours to get my car. Use alamo natonal entiprize or hertz
