“This company was recommended by a sales rep at HTC. My phone was crushed in my convertible mechanism, and I was completely dead in the water. HTC was unable to help me so I called and spoke to Brett and he said to come right over. From the moment I walked in I was reassured that something could be done. Brett searched for my screen and did have one on hand so it did not have to be ordered. He also offered me a loaner phone in the interim so he could try to get the sim card out of the crushed phone and retrieve my data. He was able to get me running in about 2 hours. My replacement phone was delivered, and I brought the new phone to him today and he transferred everything over without a glitch. I highly recommend Brett and his team to help in these disaster situations. Thank goodness I found them and I will be recommending and using this company for any issues moving forward. “I went in with a issue with my phone. I delt with Scott,he was very professional and very helpful. Unfortunately my issues were more of a software problem vs a hardware issue. He give me a few ideas to try to fix it. I did get a lot of stuff working when I got home. I will be going back if I need anything fixed. And by the way...he didn't even charge me anything.”

“Great service! Fast and reasonable! Unlocked and restored my wife's phone at no charge so I took an old phone I had in for a screen and battery replacement. Wish i was using their service years ago. If you think you have a bad enough problem to cause you to get a new phone, stop by CPR. I'm betting than can fix you up for a fraction of the cost!”
