“Josdamy and Elizabeth are the best! After spending hours online and on the phone with customer service I decided to take a chance and go into the stores. Most Boost mobile store front are only authorized dealers and really have nothing to do with online orders, but these girls went above and beyond. Josdamy called customer service for me and when that didn’t work she went online to chat with them. In the end it took her maybe 20 minutes to solve what I had been trying to do for days! They didn’t have to help me, but they did everything they could to help me return my phone! Give these two a raise!!!”

“Both my husband and I would love to give David Bollock, the manager, 5+ stars. We have been in multiple times over the past few weeks due to phone issues. First, my husband, got me a new phone without me present to pick it out. He bought me the Mobile Edge. Do NOT get this phone it's HORRIBLE!! There's a reason it's free. Spare yourself the pain and pay for a phone. We had multiple issues with this piece of junk and David was so patient and knowledgeable to help us. Not only did he have to replace the lemon I received but had to fix all sorts of other weird issues. He patiently resolved them. A few weeks later, my husband's phone went out and David replaced his Samsung with a smile. Many props to David! Thank you, David Bullock!!”

“We visited Target last night for a Kindle. David in the electronics department went out of his way to help us. He is an absolute super employee. He knew exactly where everything was and answered all our questions. Super friendly and nice. It was almost closing time, and he still took his time with us. I have worked in customer service, so I know good customer service when I get it. Target needs to make sure they keep this employee employed and recognize him for the service he provides.
