About Forest Dunes
Forest Dunes is a privately owned rental hotel with great units near the beach. The rooms and apartments are super clean, beautiful, and well-kept, often with wonderful views and multiple bathrooms. Units feature great amenities like a full kitchen. The location is great, near all the things but not right in the middle, with very easy beach access. The building offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, and a hot tub. There is a restaurant and bar and grill below the building that is awesome and highly recommended. There is no front desk staff, as bookings are through rental apps, but owners are prompt in responding. A cleaning staff does an excellent job keeping the room, halls, and lobby very clean, with elevators that work great. However, there is no room service and guests must take out their own trash. Parking can be a serious issue, with reports of vehicles being towed from the oversized parking area despite prior confirmation, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Many guests state they will return.
I really like this hotel. The room was clean the amenities were great. There is no room service which I don't mind but you have to take out your own trash.

Great location, privately owned rental units. Indoor and outdoor pool options, lazy river, and a hot tub. Rooms are great, and have multiple bathrooms and kitchen.

Perfect! Super clean. There's a restaurant below the building that I definitely recommend! I'll come back! Although I'd like to stay in Apartment room 1804. Congratulations. You're doing an excellent job.
