Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach is a great hotel with a great location near the airport, Conway, and many food and shopping options. Rooms are clean, nice sized, and immaculate, some with newly remodeled features and wonderful, serene views of the intracoastal waterway. The staff is friendly, excellent, and goes above and beyond. The bar and grille, The Brine, is great with amazing, spectacular drinks and very friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable bartenders who make the experience fun and helpful. While some minor issues with reservations and receipts were noted, overall it is a pleasant place to stay and many guests would stay here again.
The customer service at this hotel is outstanding 👏🏽 Makayla at check in was sooooo helpful she went above and beyond. She assisted us with local happenings in the area and was so genuine. Dave at check out gave the same vibe. Very very helpful and great energy.

It's ok, rooms are basic, needs some updating. Breakfast is not free with your stay.

The room was very clean and relaxing. I would recommend staying there but maybe skipping the breakfast, not that great. There are much better restaurants in myrtle beach.
