Be careful shopping from Home Depot. It is has been our experience that they quoted a time frame much shorter than really expected. It has been over three weeks and we have still not received a washer and dryer yet th time frame was a week later. Our neighbor, ordered the same appliance from Costco, and received it the next day. We are borrowing her appliance for our need while we Wait for Home Depot to deliver our appliances ordered three weeks ago.

Absolutly the worst experience today at the Myrtle Beach store. Had a worker by boards and he got wrong size. He had already turned in the receipt to the office as he supposed to. When he realized they had the wrong size, they took it to the store to return/exchange and get the right stuff. The store would not allow them to return without a receipt. (Because it was over $100) It kept getting declined. Home Depots customer disservice Clerk completely ignorant just kept showing the receipt saying it's getting declined. No explanation! If you want explanation read fine print on the the receipt. This transaction was done on the our pro account. All the customer dis-service rep would have had to say is - we may be able to look it up by CC or HD-Pro account. No, they just said it couldn't be done. However in further review of the reciept it child have been! So we wasted valuable time having to load the stuff back in the truck again bring it back to the job site with the new stuff needed and we're still going to have to take it back. I realized while shopping at the Home Depot in Myrtle Beach, SC, that my wallet had fallen out on the parking lot as I was getting out of my car to shop. I ran to the service desk and no one had turned it in. I went back out to check around my car but it had already been picked up by someone. The employees took information from us and said they would check their video surveillance cameras and call us if they found out anything. We drove off figuring we were going to have to cancel our vacation and head home due to all our cash and credit cards were gone.We got a call from Home Depot about 10 minutes later and they had found the man who stole the wallet and confronted him at his car as he was getting ready to drive off. They retrieved the wallet. (which nothing had been taken out of it yet)We can not thank these employees enough for actually caring enough to act fast and chase this man down. A special shout out to the Lost Prevention Specialist! We hope good karma comes your way! Words cannot express our gratitude. ?❤️

EVERY time I go to this Home Depot for something it’s sold out. The shelves are full of leftovers.Today I wanted to buy a M-18 Milwaukee drill. None were on display. I stood for 10-15 minutes trying to talk to the Milwaukee representative, a blond girl, who ignored me while she took inventory with a new employee. Finally a Home Depot employee asked if I needed help. I told her yes but I could get none from the Milwaukee representative. The representative heard me but continued to ignore me paying close attention to the young boy, her age, next to her. It was like I was invisible. Anyway, the woman from Home Depot looked but was unable to find any on display I could look at or buy.I then looked for a garden sprayer, couldn’t find any so I asked a man in that department who told me they were outside on the wall. After looking again for them they were not there. I went back to him and found them in the same isle he was, right behind him. Total missed direction. Why when you ask for help why don’t they show you where things are?I left this store buying nothing!

8/11/22I enjoyed browsing through and looking at all they have.There was one particular item we were looking at and had questions. The salesperson greeted us and asked if he could help. I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful in answering our questions.

My husband and I went to this Home Depot after leaving Lowe's on Seaboard Street with nothing but disappointment. This Home Depot is very well stocked and the selection is fantastic. The quality of the offerings in the lighting department seems far superior to Lowe's. We purchased beautiful bathroom lighting and an appliance package with great prices and terms. The staff are great too - very polite and helpful.

I bought a fridge and was told they would let me know in 10 days IF it could be delivered. I changed the number on the account because they somehow had my dads number. I received no phone call 10 days later letting me know if I would be blessed with the fridge. I called and they stated they called and no one answered. I advised them I had my phone on and with me all day. We confirmed the phone number and of course it was still my dads number. We changed it “again” to my wife’s phone number this time. They told me the fridge would be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 the next day. At 5:31 I called and asked when I could expect delivery of the fridge. They told me the delivery people canceled the deliveries for today. I asked why I wasn’t advised of the cancellation so I could do something with my day. The millennial on the other end of the phone yelled at me and stated “how do you know they didn’t have a death in the family or something else more important than your fridge”. This company has 0 customer service and communication skills with their customers. Needless to say I will never buy anything from Home Depot again.

Typical big box home improvement store shopping trip.We found the store to be well stocked and staffed but did not locate what we needed in the garden center.Parking was plentiful with ease of access for the physically handicapped.

It's 8 am...and the gates to the outdoor garden area still locked...picking up bags of rock and patio blocks....damn. Oh wait! 8:10 am, the gates are open! Then, this 60 year old woman at the check out asked if I needed assistance loading my truck! Well, that was very nice but I'll be damned if I say yes to a 60 year old woman to that request. (Sure honey, what don't you just toss those bags of rock up into my lifted truck...and do it quickly! I'm on a time schedule.) lol. Great staff!!

I went to the flower area looking for a simple houseplant for my Mama. I found an incredible Watermelon Peperomia. I'd never seen such a lovely little thing! All her visitors asked what it was & what florist it came from! It was already in a pretty white glass pot for only $20. I just added the yellow bow.

Home depot was great employees were very helpful and friendly. Went to Walmart first to find a small electric air conditioner they didn't have any when home depot had a lot more to choose fre. They actually had exactly what I was looking for. The Arctic Air! As seen on T.V. I thought it was going to work great,sadly it didn't was just basically a small fan blowing warm air. I learned you can't always believe what you see on t.v. Home depot was quick no problem returning was in and out.

Paid $35 to have our house measured for new engineered hardwood floors, had to arrange for person to come measure, went through everything only to be told a week later that they can't get the "T-Molding " for the floor we chose so they couldn't do anything else for us. Delayed everything about moving into our new home by 1 month due to corporate incompetence and when we confronted them we were barely giving an apology and no refund!! F Home Depot

You know everyone goes to either Lowe's or Home Depot, at one point or another! But I had an experience in Hone Depot worth crowing about! We were looking at flooring! No less than three people came up to us to see if we needed assistance, or had any questions!! We said no, but a few minutes later we did!!! An associate named Brett answered all our questions! Then he summoned Lynn who was in that department! Both were super!! No!!! Really super! While we were ordering the flooring with Lynn, Brett went to the front to get a cart! He loaded the cart, and accompanied us to our SUV! Then, another guy named Ken came over, and the two of them carefully loaded our vehicle with the flooring! Super super super service!!! Thanks so much!
