“When my phone screen broke I ended up at the Tmobile corporate location because I couldn't dial or text since my keyboard was gone. They quickly hooked me up with a phone to call in my claim and assisted me until the claim went through. The store was very busy but the guys working were friendly & professional and greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you for all your help getting my new phone sent overnight even though it was a holiday and an ice storm . I apologize for not getting their names. They deserve praise . I've been with Tmobile for 20+ years and will never change! Great job Tmobile.”

“I never went inside this store and witnessed it so crowded on 10/22/24. They should have a line for people returning equipment only. There were more trainees employees than employees but hoping it will be better. Employees are very nice and helpful.”
“I lost my phone and not only is it distressing but, then to get a replacement through insurance is daunting. Aaron was kind and patient in helping me to navigate and completing the insurance paper work. He took his time explaining the process and even though I was concerned about the people behind me, Aaron mentioned that I was also a customer and it was OK, lol. He did make sure that those folks were promptly taken care of. I will never go to a different TMobile store after the care and attention that Aaron provided.”
