First, my husband, got me a new phone without me present to pick it out. He bought me the Mobile Edge. Do NOT get this phone it's HORRIBLE!! There's a reason it's free. Spare yourself the pain and pay for a phone. We had multiple issues with this piece of junk and David was so patient and knowledgeable to help us. Not only did he have to replace the lemon I received but had to fix all sorts of other weird issues. He patiently resolved them. A few weeks later, my husband's phone went out and David replaced his Samsung with a smile. Many props to David! Thank you, David Bullock!!”
