Jeff remembered my previous interaction and greeted me with southern hospitality, which immediately made me feel valued as a customer. He took the time to recommend the top pillows and to patiently explain the different benefits and features each one has, to top it off, he even offered to give me his personal phone number to avoid any confusion in the future.
