“I went into this Buckle for the first time and I have never had such great customer service. They went above and beyond to help me find the right fitting jeans. We tried on so many jeans they were so helpful. The girls name was Layla and I’m pretty sure guy’s name was Aaron. If you need help finding the right jean I would highly recommend!”
“Absolutely amazing, the best store I've been in. I went Tuesday, March 31, at 2pm. I was not sure what I wanted and decided I'd like a swimsuit. After looking, this sweet lady helped every step. She helped me find my size and adjusted it. I'm really not great at figuring out what size I am. She was really professional and made me feel like I looked good in it and made it feel like a luxury experience. She made my day. She definitely deserves a raise or something. I don’t remember her name, but she had short hair.”

“I have always loved hot topic but some places are not as good as others The workers there were also very nice they made me feel at home there and that shows me there is still Good in this world. This hot topic was small but they did a great job having everything out studded/spiked bracelets studded belts, normal and Spiked chokers band Tee's anime tees stuffed animal basically anything you can think of that's under the alternative category and also some normal stuff like I said the workers were great and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean I am giving this store a 5/5 if I could rate higher I would this store is perfect that is all I have to say for my review

“Such a FANTASTIC Gap Outlet! I found a sweater that I really liked, which was on sale. What made it EVEN better was that I was able to use my $7.00 in reward points. That really helped defray the cost. The associates were more than helpful.”
“Went to the clearance store and was so surprised by how much they had. They had summer and winter clothes all. It was mostly women’s clothes but they had a good selection of men’s too. I didn’t see anything over $20.99. I got 3 items for $20. The only downside is some items only have bulk of one size.”
“I had an exceptional experience at this location this past Saturday. I was in town for a funeral and needed help finding an appropriate dress for this oddly warm weather in November. Norma was in the wardrobing room and helped me find the perfect dress! I also witnessed Norma helping two other women, simultaneously, with their needs. She managed all three of us with grace and had us all decked head to toe with our styles and feeling so confident and heard! Thank you, Norma <3”

“I came in for a return wanting to find a different pair, and Donna was the most helpful, kind, and easy to talk to associate I could’ve ever asked for. I previously struggled with an eating disorder, and having recovered from that I’ve gained some weight. As an insecure person in what feels like a new body, jeans are so terrifying. But the way Donna immediately knew what to suggest and the kindest and understanding she had during the whole interaction made me feel much less scared. And her suggested ended up being my favorite pair of jean I’ve ever put on. Most amazing customer service interaction ever!”

I had an especially great experience with Laylay who went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. It’s so nice to be helped and welcomed by employees who actually seem to want to help you. Her compliments in the dressing room when I walked out in new clothes made my day better! “I am fixing my review because when I came here for the first time, the maps took me to the side of the store which for me it look like the main entrance so don’t get deceive because they have the side doors close and the main entrance looks bigger, but I didn’t drive to the corner because the parking lot was empty so I thought it was close so the picture that I uploaded is the side of the store, I’m uploading pics of the front main entrance as well it looks like the hours are correct”
