“The selection was large. The prices are the same as online with the bonus of getting fitted! My salesperson was helpful and patient. He made sure I had the correct shoes (recent knee replacement) Check them out you will not be disappointed”
“My husband and I got invited to a themed birthday party which required costumes to attend. We didn’t need much, just a few accessories to ad to the basics we already had in our closets. I tried several local stores for things but was unsuccessful and then I looked up costume shops and found Imaginations. What a selection! It was overwhelming the amount of items they carry. Fortunately a staff person greeted me when I walked in and asked what I was looking for. She was able to guide me the section of the store easily fr the items I was looking for. While the selection wasn’t vast it was just what we needed. Another staff person was able to point out a few other items in other parts of the store as well. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional and the store has a wide variety of costume and accessories to choose from.”

“My father & I took my 96 year old grandma out to get her some new shoes and we came here because she wanted Hey Dudes obviously. She has always had the hardest time finding shoes for her feet. Her granddaughter recently gave her a pair and she fell in love. We were welcomed with a smile and some really helpful staff! Bridget blew it out of the water! Made my grandma's whole day! Thank you again, and when we come back from Missouri again we'll stop by!”

“First time to wear an official Timberland outlet. FYI is the only one for miles. Didn't realize they sell apparel now what are the fact that they have a trade-in program at least for Timberland footwear. Even though it's a travel it makes it more worth it when you have a business or corporation that believes in a circular economy meaning that when you have old worn-out product they give you a discount towards a new products. That helps make the drive worth it.”

“This is a huge outlet store with huge number of products including apparel, shoes, accessories for men, women and kids. There’s so much stuff, it’s kinda difficult to walk between the shelves and racks. Shoes racks and discount shoe walls are at the back side of the store. For t-shoes and trousers they have lots of different types. I got a dri-fit t-shirt and a sporting short. There are discounts on them but they are not as big as other stores in the vicinity.
The service at the checkout was really quick and efficient. Go to use my Nike pass.”

“I was walking in the area and decided to stop by to look at walking shoes. I found two pairs I liked but one of them not in stock. They kindly offered to order them and have them shipped to my home; which actually showed the next day!
The people in the store were very polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two Rack Room Stores in Tanger Outlet, one is larger than the other so check the one closer to the Nike store first.”
“Went in today. I was checking out when my daughter was making conversation with Savanna. Savanna was kind to engage and show her a few things on her phone. Keep in mind I was purchasing a few things from there. Marlin not sure if I spelled it correctly. But she walked up to her and told her to get back to work. I personally was more then greatfull savanna took time to talk to my daughter. Store was not busy at the moment. Not sure if Marlin was manager or supervisor. But that is not something you say in front of a customer. Made my daughter feel bad because she got her trouble. As a sales associate is part of Customer service and to to show the customer you care is part of your job. Savanna was excellent and took well care of us. Marlin might need to reevaluate her position as a sales Associate..... bad attitude not Pleasant (Marlene) only reason why you guys got 5 star is because of savanna”
