In the age where Customer Service has taken a back seat to time management and efficiency, Tom stands out from the crowd by taking his time to make sure things were working perfectly before he left. He even took the time and explained to us exactly how the machine works, and how we get the images we do...and of course how to make them better While I know he had a list of things to do, he made us feel like we were his only customers, and he had all the time in the world for us and our questions. It's Customer Service like this that has not only kept us loyal clients for 8 years, but for as long as they (and Tom) stay in business.”

“I went in to Office Depot looking for an office desk and chair. I was greeted warmly at the front and was told to meet Angel who would help me in the office furniture department. He was exceptional in every way, helping me to find exactly what I need within my budget and even helping me disassemble a demo model desk so that it could fit in my vehicle. He helped me load the chair and desk and off I went. It is really encouraging to find someone like Angel who cares about customers, listens actively, and goes above and beyond on our behalf.
