You can tell that they take pride in their work and their clientele. Today while I was waiting for a touchup, I watched the way the staff interacted with other clients and knew several if not all of them by name. Olga the owner was on site, took the time to introduce herself personally, & was clearly knowledgeable in regards to every single project that each other staff were working on. “Mr. Frank and his entire team at Ship on Site are amazing! We have a PO Box at the location and have most of our packages delivered there to make things easier and more secure. Their system is amazing. My husband gets alerts that we have a package waiting for us. When we arrive, they check our mail for us and quickly hand us the packages. We had passport photos made several times and they always turned out great and were accepted. I had a sign made and laminated which turned out beautiful. Any copies made turned out perfect! We use Ship on Site for all our office needs and will continue to do so. Mr. Frank is fair, knowledgable, and timely. I would highly recommend using this business for any office needs. They take pride in their services and ensure you are a satisfied customer.”

“I stopped in last week to see if they had a desk to meet my specs. They did. I was getting ready to purchase when a woman, perhaps a manager but I'm not sure, suggested I wait until Sunday because sales start then.. At first I thought go ahead and get it because maybe it's 20 bucks off right? But I waited and it turned out it was $111 less expensive because it was indeed on sale. AND there is an installation service that will put it together and I don't have to do it myself or listen to my husband and it is available Nationwide. I don't know about the rest of that service but I know I'm pretty tickled to try it out. Thank you whoever it was at the store who suggested I wait until Sunday. I really appreciate you. You didn't have to say that. Summit Station desk btw.”

“Went here for the 1st time on Monday May 4th 2026 with my mom. We actually needed to return an amazon package and had to do it through Fed Ex for some reason. But it's okay! good to have options! This place was easy to find as it is in the same area as a Target, and Lowes Home improvement store. easy to find parking as well. Entered, and did have to wait in line for a bit, but there was 2 associates working, and the line seemed to move quickly. It is a big area and store as it has cards, all different boxes and envelopes, plus bubble wrap and small gifts if you need. Associates were pleasant and it was an easy return to amazon using fed ex! Would definitely choose this option again, and do other things here!”

“My Lady and I were at this Walmart shopping for Xmas decor, we come across this "Baby Yoda" inflatable display but they were out at the time I asked the guy working that area if they're any left and he stated he was in the process of stocking shelf's and there might be. So my lady and I continue on shopping, all of a sudden the store rep tracked us down an asked us hey you the ones looking for the inflatable "Baby Yoda"?
