“Clean store. Managment was amazing. Had an issue with an item not ringing up correctly. The lady at the CS desk tried to say it was only on specially marked packages. When the shelf tag clearly said something else. She was rude and said just give it to her and walked off. Managment came over and said it was home office raising prices back to normal and they didn't notify the store. Managment was very understanding and fixed the issue but the lady at the desk needs to reach out to managment if its something she doesnt know why. The tag was clearly there and she seen it. There were no packages special marked.”

“I went to pick up my prescriptions that the doctor just sent in. I got there just as they were going to close for lunch. The wonderful pharmacist stayed to fill my 2 prescriptions right away so I wouldn’t have to come back. “I'm from out of town. I needed my norco refilled with cvs. Every cvs couldn't fill it. Walmart couldn't fill it. They claimed they couldn't get any. I went into krogers with a heavy heart, if they couldn't fill it I would have had to cut vacation by 7 days d/t I need to take 1 every 3-4 hours. Bob the pharmacist said why sure we can fill this. He also said they all get their meds from same place si he didn't understand why they all said that. Back home I always used Krogers but past 3 years had to use cvs becos of insurance. I just changed Insurance again so I will go back to Krogers. They literally saved me! Thanks again Bob and Debi!”

“Went to this location to pick up a new medication from my dermatologist right around the corner. I knew that I would need to wait a while so they could gather the information they needed so I stayed close to the area to keep track of the status of my prescription. When close to an hour went by and no progress had been made, I went inside to simply ask if there was an issue (EX: out of stock or insurance issue). A man who I assume is the lead pharmacist came to assist me. Very soft spoken but kind man. Initially there was an issue with my insurance but he got it straightened out, but then another issue was that the system was showing it was out of stock. He did tell me a smaller format was available and gave me the price but he also said if I came back tomorrow, he would order it and they would have it. I hesitated and contemplated but he then told me to wait for a moment so he could double check. Luckily he did find the medication and he asked if I still wanted the larger size and I said “yes, please”. He processed that and said it would be about 20 minutes. I had no issue with that as I could see the techs were steady filling medications with no stop. To my surprise after one short lap down a couple of aisles, it was ready in about 3 minutes. This location exceeded my expectations! I used to use the one in Loris since that’s where I live but due to the mistreatment I received there on top of embarrassment by the pharmacist at the Loris location, I haven’t asked for any refills on my medications because of that guy. Luckily they’re not something I need every month!! I will use this location for my medicinal needs now. It’s a slight stretch of a drive, but I watched the techs and the pharmacist here and none of them complained while they were working and they kept pushing through the rush. I appreciate this!”

Ohhh, I like their service of tracking my necessary vaccines and informs me to get'r done. Chris is a master (IMO) at administering that dreaded jab. She's good, folks. She has taken care of my vaccines four times this year.
No appointment necessary, I've never had to wait any longer than Chris selecting the correct vaccine and getting it ready.
No screen wall offices without privacy like the large pharmacies. You're treated to a private room with a door that closes.
A bonus for the ladies... they give freebies.... my favorite is the WM emory board.
April, the pharmacist, will make sure, every time, to ask if you're familiar with new medication added to your portfolio, to inform you of drug interactions. She's gies all out!
People, these are folks who speak to you in passing outside of their office.
I'm confident my welfare is well monitored in their very capable hands.

“I've been going to this pharmacy for many years and from day 1 everyone was always so kind & understanding. If they don't have a particular medicine that you need, they will get it & it's usually only maybe a 2 day wait. They will also work with you if you're taking a particular brand of medicine and cannot take something different. They are fast too. I've never had to wait more than 15mins. Janet and the ladies are top notch people and I truly am thankful for a pharmacy like this as compared to one of those chain pharmacies. They also have a sister pharmacy in Carolina Forest where Janet's husband is the owner. Sam and his crew are just as nice and always so helpful! ?❤️”
