PNC Bank is a great bank with a great staff. Employees are always cheerful, helpful, and awesome. People feel welcomed, with tellers knowing customers well. However, some find it inconvenient as the only location, noting the ATMs are not working every time. While some customers are disappointed, others note issues are beyond the branch's control and have never had a problem using the bank frequently.
On vacation in Myrtle Beach, my card free access code did not work and it was exactly 5:00pm, closing time but Loc graciously did a withdrawal for me and I was able to get cash. Thank you, PNC!

Had another outstanding meeting with Edlyn Walsh. I needed a wire transfer, she did this transaction with ease. Made me feel very comfortable doing business with PNC. Excellent customer service and support, Highly recommended by Spasavers

Love this bank but just wish they had a couple more branches in Myrtle Beach area.
