“I visited the FedEx facility in Myrtle Beach on Stockholder Drive this morning and spoke to a female representative about a package that was going to arrive on Tuesday. I told her I was not sure that I was going to be home and I asked if I could pick it up at the FedEx location. She smiled and told me that I could. The representative wrote down my name and wished me a good day. I was pleased with the interaction today.”

“I bought from amazon and was delivered by ceva logistics who work with Speedy Pak Delivery Service. The item was delivered late about 1 week from original delivery date but the issue is with CEVA. I called Speedy Pak Delivery Service and make a schedule drop off and they delivered my item perfectly in front of the house. Before they arrive within 30 minutes, they gave a call that they are arriving.”

Finding a better box for my item to return to a company. Having patience with me when I had just lost a dear loved one. When I was upset that the USPS kept losing the mail I had sent. I knew Fed Ex would come through for me, when the US mail kept failing me. I recently got stuck in a storm, and arrived near closing time.
