“I brought a box in to shop to WA state. The box contained memorabilia from my deceased mother to my niece. Once the box was weighed I found it would be $85 to ship across country. Isaac was extremely helpful in finding a way for me to ship it for only $36 via Pirate Ship. He went above & beyond, unpacking and repacking the box to find the lowest price. I spent a good 30 minutes in the store while he painstakingly helped me to the very best of his ability.
I am beyond grateful for all of his help! Isaac is a star employee for sure!
