“We had a really complex shipping project around moving a concert harp from Myrtle Beach, SC to California, and the ShipOnSite team did a fantastic job with it. The harp is over 6ft tall and is as much a piece of art as it is a delicate musical instrument. In addition to being quite valuable in the traditional sense, it has great sentimental value to us as a family heirloom -- so the stakes were quite high. Frank and his team made it all happen without a hitch. They built a custom wooden crate for the harp that was an impressive display of design and craftsmanship, and handled all the freight shipping details. I'm thrilled to say the harp got to us in CA without a scratch. A picture of the harp in its new home is below. Many thanks to Frank and the ShipOnSite crew!”

“This is an attempt to RETRACT a negative review that I previously left (on or about 8/24/2022) about this business. On 8/22/2022, I paid ShipSafe to have a box FedX'd to a residence in Maryland. It was my understanding that the box would arrive in Maryland by close of business 8/23/2022. The box did not arrive on 8/23, and the FedX tracking system indicated that it would not arrive until COB 8/25. Out of frustration, I left a negative review about ShipSafe. The ShipSafe owner contacted me directly concerning this review. She apologized and explained that FedX failed to pick up any packages on 8/22, and as a result, my package was delayed in reaching its destination. FED-X DROPPED THE BALL!!! The ShipSafe owner was very pleasant and professional...and understood my frustration. I would definitely use their services in the future....and give them 5 Stars!”

“I bought from amazon and was delivered by ceva logistics who work with Speedy Pak Delivery Service. The item was delivered late about 1 week from original delivery date but the issue is with CEVA. I called Speedy Pak Delivery Service and make a schedule drop off and they delivered my item perfectly in front of the house. Before they arrive within 30 minutes, they gave a call that they are arriving.”

“I came here to ship a package out of state and USPS didnt update their system for days. Matt and one of his reps (sorry, I forgot your name) went above and beyond to check and assure me the package was picked up by USPS. Service was excellent as usual. If I can gather anything from some of these previous reviews, it boils down to user error. Read signs, ask questions and verify what you are paying for PRIOR to the point of sale. If you're unsure of the services they provide, call prior to making a trip. The phone is an excellent invention and is underutilized. Complaining you didn't know after the fact is useless for everyone. Anyway, thank you again for your help and also following up when I initially called.”
