“Mr. Frank and his entire team at Ship on Site are amazing! We have a PO Box at the location and have most of our packages delivered there to make things easier and more secure. Their system is amazing. My husband gets alerts that we have a package waiting for us. When we arrive, they check our mail for us and quickly hand us the packages. We had passport photos made several times and they always turned out great and were accepted. I had a sign made and laminated which turned out beautiful. Any copies made turned out perfect! We use Ship on Site for all our office needs and will continue to do so. Mr. Frank is fair, knowledgable, and timely. I would highly recommend using this business for any office needs. They take pride in their services and ensure you are a satisfied customer.”

“I bought from amazon and was delivered by ceva logistics who work with Speedy Pak Delivery Service. The item was delivered late about 1 week from original delivery date but the issue is with CEVA. I called Speedy Pak Delivery Service and make a schedule drop off and they delivered my item perfectly in front of the house. Before they arrive within 30 minutes, they gave a call that they are arriving.”

“Went here for the 1st time on Monday May 4th 2026 with my mom. We actually needed to return an amazon package and had to do it through Fed Ex for some reason. But it's okay! good to have options! This place was easy to find as it is in the same area as a Target, and Lowes Home improvement store. easy to find parking as well. Entered, and did have to wait in line for a bit, but there was 2 associates working, and the line seemed to move quickly. It is a big area and store as it has cards, all different boxes and envelopes, plus bubble wrap and small gifts if you need. Associates were pleasant and it was an easy return to amazon using fed ex! Would definitely choose this option again, and do other things here!”
“The staff there work quickly and efficiently to get the job done and no matter how many are waiting in line, they do the job quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. It is so refreshing to go in and feel welcomed this way and then to leave knowing the job you needed is complete. I learned today that not all UPS stores are the same. Plus this one offers unlimited notary which is what I desperately needed but was refused at another location. Wow! I had no idea!
