However, the aisles are noted as being very tight, making passing difficult, and there are only a few benches for trying on shoes, which can be a problem when the outlet is crowded with people. The staff is frequently described as friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. Jacob did such a great job helping me find the shoes I needed. I've never bought slip ins on purpose and was having the worst time trying to pick on my own. He listened to my needs and brought me right to the perfect choice. I'll always get my sneakers here. Hands down.
