I had water damage and the entire floor of my three bedroom condo had to be replaced. Vigilant was amazing from start to finish. They were courteous, efficient and did an outstanding job. Special thanks to my project manager, Alex. I would have been lost without you.

My HOA in my area Myrtle Beach uses this company for all of its restoration damage control and remodeling. I was first introduced to Scott he is part owner when my snowbird condo above mine had a burst freezer line. This was an obvious insurance claim however as devastating as it was to my ceilings, some walls, and total bathroom. Vigilant was quick to review, get back to me with an estimate, and was totally in tune with insurance claims and a hysterical customer that would be me. They came in with their dryer equipment after opening up my ceilings and walls in my kitchen dining room and bathroom. These massive fans took 2 days to dry everything out that's how bad the water damage was. Immediately following the drying, Scott and his team came in and started reconstruction. Although I do not have any pictures from my damages and if I took pictures of my ceilings all you would see is white however I do Post here a total redo of my bathroom. I have to say that all of the reconstruction and painting and some electrical work totally took about 3 weeks. When it came to my bathroom cabinet sink drawers area, Scott invited me to come to the office and I got to pick out new cabinetry. I absolutely love the new look in my bathroom. As far as my insurance claim and payments vigilant was excellent everything was wrapped up neatly and tied with a bow so that it was easy for my insurance company to go ahead and process my claim. My insurance claim came in and as this company proceeded with the work in intervals payments were made. I am extremely happy with this company and I will seek them out again if I ever need to. Hopefully it won't be an insurance claim haha.

Brad the field manager was very professional and thorough when addressing the damage. The demo guys which I didn’t catch their names also did a great job along with John who did the repairs did excellent work. He as well was professional and very neat while working. Vigilant restoration.Family hired this company to do a restoration on beach house.living room and hallway wood floors and a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodels. Took over a year to complete. Didn't grout under cabinets. Demolished a bathroom sink that wasn't coming out. Poor installation of wooden flooring. Claim it was defective product. Left a mess in living room for three months before reordering. Had to make several three hour trip to meet them and was stood up every time. Left feces in toilet with water turned off. S*** in the toilets anyways and left it to soul and stench up the home. Brand new employees left unsupervised who made multiple mistakes. It was a f****** nightmare. Wish I could give them no stars.

I had major flood from indoor plumbing leak. My insurance sent Vigilant. I figured they sent the low ball. I was super happy and amazed at their service and attention to detail. They showed up On a Sunday to mitigate! I was so impressed with management I let them contract the repairs not just the mitigation. They did beautiful work and their subs were awesome and clean. No smokers! For the record I’m a retired home builder.

I contracted Vigilant for major repairs to my house after storm Dorian felled a huge tree on it. I feared the house I love so much would never really be fixed or the same. Vigilant told me it would take a good 6 weeks to complete the job. I resigned myself to thinking it would take two or three months for work to be completed, and I would probably end up selling the house after that.Project Manager Scot directed numerous crews and continually kept in contact with me to keep me posted on progress. Even though my family had relocated, I knew at all times exactly what was going on thanks to Scot. Rainy day when outdoor work was scheduled? No problem - Scot coordinated weekend work to stay on schedule! Maria, in charge of removing and replacing the entire contents of the house and cleaning, took it upon herself to text me with pictures. Not only did she take obvious pride in her work, she went above and beyond by offering suggestions and caring for the belongings in the house as if the were her own. She is Vigilant’s gem!Five weeks and three days after Vigilant began, the house was handed back to me. I have never heard of work of this magnitude being completed on (before!) time AND on budget! Furthermore, when we examined all the work done to prepare the punch list of items for Vigilant to fix, we could not find one single thing (and we looked hard!) Unbelievable!The work done was precise and professional. I have my Home back, and it has never looked better! Thank you Vigilant!KM Young02/11/2020

Maria and Jeremy were very professional. Jeremy showed up on time to give us an estimate to put our minds at ease from the smoke damage They took care of everything exactly like they said they would The company that cleaned our clothing brought it back in boxes and Maria put everything away pretty much exactly how it was originally in the townhome I would recommend vigilant and Maria and Jeremy to anybody that would have any type of damage that needs restoration

Excellent organization, had a water leak which lead to a mold issue. They project managed from beginning to end always knew what was happening and when. They were on time everyday. Heard or saw project manager all the time updates and status . Could not have been more happy and impressed with their work. Jeremy, Maria and Ryan are the best! Our home flooded in north myrtle beach and my family and I are stationed in japan with no way to get home. They have made our lives 100% easier during this process. They answer anytime we call, throughly document, take initiative and have solutions. During recent hurricane we had a tree fall on ourhour and lodge in the roof. Water was pouring into the kitchen and laundry room. We were out of town but insurance was called followed by call to Vigilant Restoration. Fred and his crew were onscene within driving time from their office and tarpped the ceiling from inside and removed damage drywall, cabinets, and flooring because the tree could not be removed without a crane..done one week later. Yesterday Maria and Kenny came and packed contents of affected area into a storage pod allowing repairs to begin. All people including Sherry in the office have been very compassionate and professional in their care for us and our home. Thank you for your expertise and your responsiveness to our needs. Jeremy and Maria did aPhenomenal job with a water cleanup. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They responded immediately (same day). These guys are an excellent company to work with!!! They gave prompt, professional service when I needed crawl space work done in a house I was trying to sell. When I needed additional documentation for the buyers Anthony went above and beyond to help me get the reports I needed. I can't recommend this company enough!! They are great!
