Got a flat tire on my drive home. Walked in, asked for a pair of gloves so I could change to the spare tire myself... Jerry (I hope I spelled that correctly) immediately volunteered to come take a look. We couldn't get the flat tire off to put the spare on, so Jerry plugged and pumped the flat tire.

“Naiam (I think that's his name but I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) is very knowledgeable and a chill dude he was great. The only problem I have with this place is that they charge $12 per tire for lifetime balancing, that is absolutely if I got 4 tires that'd be over $50 including tax, do you know how many little Caesars pizzas I could buy for that? When I asked the gentleman to take off the lifetime balancing he told me that they charged you for it whether you got it or not. Other than that it was great.”

After checking with shops in the Chapin area and getting very high estimates, we were referred to Martin's shop in Newberry ( Prime Paint and Body Shop) and he came up with a very fair price to correct the problem. When we picked the car up, we were very pleased with the quality of work and the turnaround time. We highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any paint work done. Thanks guys!”
