“I recently moved down from up north, and my 2014 Grand Caravan had the classic rust spot on the lower left dog leg. With less than 60K original miles, I wanted to repair it and keep the van on the road for several more years.
Kibler’s gave me a very fair estimate, so I had them handle the rust repair and bodywork. The results are excellent — the paint is seamlessly blended, no overspray anywhere, and the van was spotless when I picked it up.
The staff was friendly, patient with all my questions, and even helped me get back to Enterprise when they weren’t open for my rental return.

“I was traveling back to Tennessee through South Carolina 7-10-23 and had problems with my Ford transit van. I was able to make it to Cromley Ford in Newberry. The service manager, Ben had a diagnostic check done on the van. They took the time to assist me and get me back on the road within just a couple hours by replacing the throttlebody injector which I had had replaced two weeks prior at a local mechanic shop where I live. Not only did they listen to my concerns and get my vehicle in immediately they actually were cheaper than my local shop that did the repairs two weeks prior for the same part. Ben, Danny, Salina, and Mr. Cromley himself all asked if there was anything that they could do for my son and I while we were waiting for the repair. The owner and staff are very friendly and I would recommend service or buying a vehicle from Cromley Ford in Newberry or Saluda to anyone. ????”

“Naiam (I think that's his name but I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) is very knowledgeable and a chill dude he was great. The only problem I have with this place is that they charge $12 per tire for lifetime balancing, that is absolutely if I got 4 tires that'd be over $50 including tax, do you know how many little Caesars pizzas I could buy for that? When I asked the gentleman to take off the lifetime balancing he told me that they charged you for it whether you got it or not. Other than that it was great.”
