“Went to Harbor freight for one thing, and before I knew it, I needed a shopping cart, and the manager took time and got me one.Now talking about the manager (Bo), I hope I have his name right . He was awesome and helped me so much and even demonstrated how to use the tie downs for my trailer. I felt like I was in a class. Thanks so much.”
“Well, its an Ace Hardware. I wouldn't say it's anything special, they have a decent assortment of things, and propane. As a whole, I like the service you get there, less than the little store itself. Been there dozens of times.Plenty of people to help, and some of them do help. I don't like to run small local businesses under the bus, because we need them. I just wish they were a little more friendly?. It's easy enough to find condescending customer service elsewhere in Newberry. And unfortunately, i probably will go elsewhere, unless I need to.”

Jason in Newberry gave me his full cooperation, and I received a Lowe’s gift card in the mail, which was totally awesome since there was a Lowe’s policy stating that I should be charged a 20% special Order restock fee but I was not and I truly appreciate so now I am spending the refund gift card on other products at Lowe’s. “Was told this was the only place I might find a bellows (young people look it up). Unfortunately for me, he had just sold his last pair the week before, so, I spent a bit of time looking around. If you need something hardware or antique related, I highly recommend you stop by here. Shop owner was very helpful and friendly, and I'm going to return just to browse and see what other things are there.”
