Internet Service Providers in Newberry, SC

“I had to come into the Newberry Verizon store today because my account had been hacked and someone in Georgia picked up Two new phones and iPhone 17 Pro and an iPhone 17 Max that was charged to my account. They then removed myself and my husband as account managers on my account and locked me completely out. I spent four hours in the Newberry store. Logan was a godsend and helped me navigate through this process with the fraud department. I can’t say enough about how helpful he was and the other customer service rep at the store.”

“Everybody in this store was extremely helpful in getting my lost phone situation sorted out. They were kind, respectful, and on top of the situation. The team at T Mobile Newberry went above and beyond to help me. I am wholly satisfied with the service I received at this location, everyone there deserves a raise honestly. I also really like how obvious it was they were a team, everyone was helping each other out and multitasking working with a full store, serious props to them!”
