The phones were included, I got HBO max, and 50 GB of mobile hotspot. Very friendly, and get you out in a timely manner and even switched my information over.”

“I had to come into the Newberry Verizon store today because my account had been hacked and someone in Georgia picked up Two new phones and iPhone 17 Pro and an iPhone 17 Max that was charged to my account. They then removed myself and my husband as account managers on my account and locked me completely out. I spent four hours in the Newberry store. Logan was a godsend and helped me navigate through this process with the fraud department. I can’t say enough about how helpful he was and the other customer service rep at the store.”
