“I'm an OTR driver and I broke down near there shop. Pulled up unannounced and Brandon had me immediately pull up to a bay even though they were busy. I knew this problem was gonna be a long tuff diagnoses and in an hour he was able to find the issue. By lunchtime the next day I was back up and running. Every independent shop should operate the way Brandon and his crew handled themselves. Oh and they even bought me lunch. No shop would do that. Would highly recommend it to any OTR driver or company out there.”
“20+ years I have relied on Carpenters for all my car care needs. 20+ years they have never not been able to help. As a female, it’s so important to have a repair person you can trust because we will get taken advantage of, but the Carpenters have always treated my mom, myself, and now my daughter with the highest respect and fairness. I pulled in this morning for a headlight and tire fix, nothing major but as always, Frank jumped right on it and 20 min later I was out the door. He has carried his father’s legacy of perfect customer service with absolute perfection and we will forever be grateful for Frank and the whole team. Everyone knows it isn’t easy to run a small business, especially in today’s world, but like every single time Frank greeted me with a good morning and a smile despite the fact that I could see he’s exhausted. I was in a time crunch to get my car fixed, and they graciously accepted it right away (weeks before other body shops would be able to look at it) and got to work immediately. They kindly answered all of my phone calls with patience and thoroughly answered my questions. “After taking my car to two different shops and having mechanics with 30 plus years experience diagnose and fix my car, it still wouldn't start. I called DHB and Hector and David came to me within the hour. They were able to diagnose my car within minutes and fixed it for far less than what a shop would have charged. They have been my go to mechanics since and I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else!!!!”
“While driving home after 4 new tires were installed, I noticed an unusual vibration. I returned to the shop the next morning. Staff was most helpful. My truck was immediately put in the bay for inspection. The mechanic found that the weights had fallen off one wheel and he came and told me that himself. I commend the positive attitude and prompt problem resolution by the shop personnel.”
“Fast friendly cheap service. Cant find a cheaper oil change any where else in town! You can drop your car off while you look around or shop and get a text back soon as they are done. I wouldnt recommend calling because they seem to almost never answer their phone.”
“I arrived for an oil change that began at 9:40 and it was over by 9:47!! I didn't expect for it to be so quick, that indeed was a world record. Melissa got me signed in at 9:30 and James and Javier were the techs that fulfilled my service with great speed. I jokingly said do I need to check my dipstick, but they assured me when you have a good two man team that is focused and thorough, the service doesn't take long at all. I will always come back to Walmart for my oil changes, for one it's very affordable and for two this location has always been my preference and I live 20 minutes away, and the cherry on top is the quick efficient kind experience I had with the team from the auto department.
