Had a banking issue with my account. She told me she would call me back and I have not received a phone call. I’m disappointed

It was my first time at this bank. Tammy was very kind and knew everyone by name. It warmed my heart and made my day to interact with someone so nice!

I opened a checking and Teresa Thurmond was so helpful. She was very very professional. Time I walked in she greeted me with a smiled. I highly recommend this bank and branch.
