“This gym is awesome! The coaches are super knowledgeable and always make sure you feel supported no matter your fitness level. The workouts are tough but totally scalable, so it works for everyone.
The vibe here is positive and motivating—which helps to stay energized and push yourself. I always leave feeling like I got a good workout. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, this is definitely the place to go!”
“Convenient access to the Greeneway off of Martintown rd. There is parking, albeit spaces can run low during prime times like weekend mornings. The facilities are also beneficial to those already out on their ride, not just those starting or ending here as there are features designed to aid riders and walkers alike. There is a bicycle repair stand with tools and a pump - obviously not enough to do serious repair work, but should be enough to allow most folks to get the rest of the way home. There are also water fountains to refill your bottles on hot days.”

“Nicest place for the kids to play soccer BUT the referee deal for U13 soccer games is a complete joke there is two guys that I’m guessing are the referees but they haven’t moved one time during the game staying in the corner the entire game doesn’t call hand ball a few times or call who’s ball it is when it goes out never seen anything like this these kids are really into the game but the referee aren’t at all”

“Great gym! Always clean and friendly staff. The black card lounge is nice with tanning, massage chairs and hydro massage. Well worth it. I've recommended them to several friends.”
