Publix Pharmacy at North Augusta Plaza is an outstanding pharmacy where the staff is pleasant, helpful, and caring. Customers report excellent service, with prescriptions often ready earlier than expected. Many choose to drive extra minutes from other towns because the customer service is out of this world and worth it. People appreciate being able to do grocery shopping while waiting. The pharmacy team is quick to action and helpful in providing options. The store is well-stocked, and management is known for taking personal responsibility to resolve any issues, making the location more than just a grocery store.
