“Headed in as Hurricane Helene was passin’ through. Needed a good plunger. Extremely friendly staff were super helpful, tidy store, and they went back to see what they had by way of residential plungers. Guy came back and said “here you go, this one’s on us.”

Went to the register and lady there was really nice. As soon as the Latino worker heard me speaking English she asked if we needed help to what I responded no thank you! If you dont know how to give service to the client dont work customer service.”

“I delivered to them a while back for my job and when I walked in I was very impressed with how it was set up . So I needed a specialty bolt that nobody had near me ( like big box stores ) I remembered them and thought I'd give them a try to see if they had it , pretty sure they did and I needed it this weekend cause I wanted to complete my project . Walked in and was greeted right away by several people filling the shelves and lots of staff behind the counter . I was there about 5 to 10 min total . Of course they had what I needed and the price was great , screw big box I'll go outta my way for great service . So if your in need of a specialty item they just might have the part or tool your looking for . Give them a try , I'll definitely go back .”
