“I was so impressed with the entire staff!! The front desk lady was clearly stressed due to shortage of staff, but she remained calm, was apologetic and sincerely did her best to help people.
When i came in to drop off samples and do the blood draw...the whole process was seamless. It is, however, best to make an appointment and wait inside.
