“Ordered a large item. It arrived in excellent shape. I got a call as soon as it was headed to Charleston terminal to set up delivery. I got automated reminder the day before. I called to check in on delivery day early that morning. I was told he would be my way shortly. I’m downtown and we have to black space do delivery has a place to park and do not have to sit in the middle of a busy street. Few moments later driver was a few blocks away. All went smooth. Excellent customer service and staff. Thank you very much!”

They got out very quickly as was they were very initiative on directions on where to put things during the unloading as well as very engaging for what type of stuff have what type of weight so they understood how the best pack their truck. I only docked one star because of issues with the dispatcher for the team no communicating with me to let me know when the team would be ready. when it came to originally booking them for a moving service”
