Don't ever take your dog there to get groomed. I dropped my dog off and an hour later they told me I need to come pick him up and he hasn't been groomed. They said he was anxious in the kennel but had to stay in there because there was a VIP dog in front of him.

The groomers were professional. The windows make it easy for you to watch them groom your pet. It was clean. None of the dogs that I viewed appeared to be in distress. Jessica took excellent care of my pet. She was even given a to go treat bag of goodies.
