Style Encore is a second-hand clothing store offering a selection of outfits, pants, skirts, and shoes at great prices. The merchandise is organized in easy-to-find, nicely organized displays. Some customers report being very pleased with the customer service, finding associates welcoming and helpful for last-minute needs, and highly recommend the location. However, multiple reviews describe an unwelcoming and rude vibe from staff, including a judgy attitude, glaring looks, and being ignored or greeted with surprise. Some customers feel the service is not welcoming and that associates need to learn better customer service. There are also comments that the selection can be limited, with mostly plain colors, a need for more variety, and items that are off-season. Some shoppers question the value, feeling similar items can be found elsewhere. The process for selling clothes can also lead to negative experiences, with specific rules about how items are presented.
I have brought items in on two occasions and have been very pleased with the price I was offered for my items. The associates that assisted me were friendly and professional.
