“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. “Great customer service is something we all hope to receive as consumers, but this past weekend my husband and I had an experience that truly stood out.
We stopped by Gap near the end of the day to look for work pants, and while we were shopping, a young gentleman who was sweeping the floor approached my husband with the kindest and most respectful demeanor. He spoke to us about the store credit card, which we politely declined since we are currently in the process of buying a home and aren’t able to apply for anything right now.
