The Loft employee was helpful but definitely gave me space to shop, without hovering. I like everything I bought and would definitely come back.”

“I hate shopping for shorts and haven't found a good fitting Levi's in years. Walking in I had very low expectations on finding a pair of shorts that didn't show too much bottom as a mom but with the help of the sales lady she pointed me in the right direction and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet and followed up with me in the fitting room. I was a little shocked by the price of only two pairs of shorts, but it was well worth finally being happy with shorts. Best shorts experience I've ever had.”

I like the atmosphere of this store and all that they have to offer. The staff here is very accommodating and will go out of their way to help you. “Went into the store today in the hopes of finding a jacket. LOL. yes well, I think i must have tried on 50 blouses. The two gals who work there, Kawanna and Sabrenia, are the most good-natured salespeople I've come in contact with. I must have asked them at least 20 times to get a blouse for me because I'm short and couldn't reach them. They do so with a smile and asked me if i needed anything else. I also asked for different sizes while I was in the fitting room. Also, with a smile. I can't tell you how happy I was to spend 3 hours there LOL. I definitely will be returning to this store. “I was given gift cards to Chicos by friends after a medical condition caused me to lose a lot of weight. I had no idea what size I was or what would look good on me. The clerks here went above and beyond to help me find my size and colors that would carry me into fall. “Brought my daughter here to buy her first skateboard. We had an idea of what she wanted based on boards she's ridden in the past that her friends own, and I did a little online research. We walked in and were greeted while on our way to the back. The associate that came up to help us was very friendly. Asked what we were looking for and how she could help. She provided my daughter with a few examples to ride on in the store to get a feel for them. Within a few minutes, she knew which one she wanted and we were ready to cash out. Lots of other supplies here too. Build your own board. Clothing. Shoes. Etc. Easy access from the parking lot, which was nice becuase it was raining hard.”

“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them. I'll definitely be returning to take advantage of their great products and deals!”

They were friendly, patient, professional and all around great representatives of the store and brand.
