I was unfortunately assisted by Angel this morning. The whole time there, she was being passive aggressive. She replaced two screen protectors and left air bubbles in both of them. Unprofessional on her part. Only issue I’ve ever had with this location.

Fran was absolutely amazing and had the best customer service! I came in 01/30/24 with my father who needed help with billing and a technical issue on his phone and Fran saved the day. She went above and beyond for us and was a delight during our entire visit!

Customer service needs improvement. I do understand that working in a customer service is a tough work, specially if it's a busy day or you had a long day. However, please be reasonable and take an extra patience to your customer if they had so many questions specialy if english is their second language. My husband was so upset telling me that one of the black lady staff in Rivers T Mobile raised her voice and insulted him because he asked a lot of questions. My husband felt sorry if the lady was annoyed but it is not right for her to humiliate him in front of other people.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The woman saw the return I had ready to drop off and tried to make me wait for all the new customers before she would process my return. There was also loud and offensive language music playing in the store with young kids hearing it! Awaiting generic reply from T-mobile, lol.

Always a wait. It was made worse because our local one was closed for repair and had to drive farther.Personnel are terrific and know what they are doing. Easy peasy after we got to person.

Customer service at this store is TRASH. I stood there for 15 minutes JUST NOW with no acknowledgement from any of the store associates. No “have you been helped yet?” “We’ll be right with you” just continuously ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Pathetic!

Awful experience. 3 overworked employees, a line out the door and then an hour wait just for them to tell me that I have to call customer service. All I wanted to do was change my plan and the employee told me I had to go online to see what plans are available. Then I had to wait again for another representative to actually be helpful.

The worst customer service experience. I have been to the store multiple times asking for help about filing a claim and they act like you are bothering or disturbing the employees. The manager has a nasty attitude and is very disrespectful. I will be changing carriers due to this experience!!!!!

Needed help with bill for tower that had been returned but that I still get bills for. Manager was rude and said I was interrupting her if I ask questions. She dismissed me by saying “ you have a nice day” and offered me the door! Other customers watched and walked out. I may change to Verizon.

The agent who helped me was super friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted before I arrived and the agent was able to get what I needed and get me checked out in less than 10 mins. Even though the store was busy I was only there for maybe 45 mins.

This is actually for authorized retailers inside mall not store ? visible in picture. Although the store visible in pictures Cherry ? pick new sales and avoid troubleshooting, tech support, and customer service. Strongly recommend going to different location if you are an existing T-Mobile/Sprint customer

I waited 25 minutes after I was signed in to get more info on buying a new tablet and I was told 10 minutes into the conversation that ordering tablet in store would cost $35 fee versus online .
