Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The woman saw the return I had ready to drop off and tried to make me wait for all the new customers before she would process my return. Always a wait. It was made worse because our local one was closed for repair and had to drive farther.Personnel are terrific and know what they are doing. Easy peasy after we got to person.

Customer service at this store is TRASH. I stood there for 15 minutes JUST NOW with no acknowledgement from any of the store associates. No “have you been helped yet?” “We’ll be right with you” just continuously ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Pathetic!
