“I felt compelled to write this review so that I could share with others how satisfied that I am with Pinnacle NMB. I truly don't know how this bank branch does not have a GLOWING 5 star rating because if I could give 10 stars, I surely would. I have been banking with them for years and years (seriously, even way back when it first opened) and am as happy as I can be in every aspect. Their customer service is UNPARALLELED, they are ALL as pleasant as they can be EACH and EVERY time that I have ever had interactions with them. We have had multiple business and personal accounts over the years with them and have never once had as issue. The staff members are all wonderful humans and they TRULY care about their customers. I highly recommend this bank and encourage everyone to consider banking with them if you are not happy where you currently are to give them a chance to prove to you how amazing they are! ?????”

“I was really surprised when going into this branch to purchase foreign currency. I was treated as a valued customer on Monday ordering and Wednesday picking up. I was truly reluctant to go there because of reviews. But very thankful everyone knew what I needed and were very courteous! Grey was very informative, and addressed all of our questions in a manner that we could comprehend. Grey and Matthew were both so professional, didn't make us feel pressured, and we left there feeling very comfortable, like they genuinely cared about our needs. Grey went above and beyond to educate us about the Intuitive Investor program that we inquired about. We did leave another entity, as we didn't get a good feel for their services.
