I have had several problems with Lowe's s lately. I ordered a door and after 3 months of waiting, when they came to install it it was the wrong door. Secondly, ai ordered a rug for my front door. The website said the payment didn't go through. I repeated my order. I ended up getting two and had to return one.

Older gentlemen named David (I think he said Anderson) helped us. He was knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. He had already clocked out and was on his way out the store and overheard us as he passed by. Such a polite guy and did it with a smile on his face. That is hard to come by these days.
